Empty, but not unwatched
A building waiting for sale, let or redevelopment draws squatters, metal thieves and vandals. We patrol, inspect and respond, and tell you what we find, until the property is back in use.
Empty buildings decline fast.
A broken window lets the weather in. A forced door lets squatters in. Left alone, small problems turn into expensive ones.

Questions owners and agents ask.
Patrols or a static guard: which do we need?
It depends on the building, the risk and how long it will stand empty. We'll recommend one or a mix once we've seen the property.
What happens if squatters get in?
Officers report it at once to you and, where appropriate, the police. The legal route depends on the type of property, and our records give you the facts you need.
Do you check inside the building?
Yes, if you give us access. We look for leaks, damage and signs of entry as well as checking the outside.
Can you cover a property for a few weeks?
Yes. We cover short gaps between tenants as well as sites that will be empty for a long time.
Do you hold keys?
Yes. Keyholding is part of the service, so an officer can attend alarms and let contractors in.
