Busy crowds, safe days out
Private parties, concerts, festivals and corporate days share the same pressures: queues at the gate, people where they shouldn't be, and getting everyone out safely if something goes wrong. We plan and staff the security, so your guests can simply enjoy it.
Crowds go wrong at pinch points.
A gate that opens late. A bar queue blocking an exit. A fence someone climbs. Good event security is planned around the places people bunch up.

ReservedFAQ
Questions event organisers ask us.
What size of event do you cover?
Anything from a private party to a large public event. We size the team to the site, the crowd and the risks, not to a fixed package.
Can you help with our crowd safety plan?
Yes. We work with your event safety team on crowd movement and emergency and evacuation planning, then staff to that plan on the day.
Are dogs safe around crowds?
Dogs stay under their handler's control at all times and work gates, fences and back-of-house areas rather than the middle of the crowd.
Can you cover build and break overnight?
Yes. We guard staging, generators, bars and kit through the nights before and after the event.
How far ahead should we book?
As early as you can, so we can visit the site and fit into your plan. We can sometimes help at short notice.
