Survey
We walk the building or estate with you or your managing agent: doors, gates, car parks and dark corners.

House rules
Visitor, parcel and contractor rules agreed, along with what officers should and shouldn't handle.

On duty
Officers cover the desk, the gate or the patrol route and keep a running log of who came and went.

Report
Regular reports to the agent or homeowner, and an incident report the same day if anything happens.
This space is kept for a client's own words, once a client agrees to be quoted.

Can one officer do concierge and security?
Yes. Our front of house officers deal with visitors, parcels and resident questions while keeping watch on the building.
Do you protect private homes as well as blocks?
Yes. We cover private houses and estates with patrols, alarm response and, where it's needed, a static officer.
Can you cover nights only?
Yes. Many buildings want a daytime concierge and an overnight officer, or night cover alone. We plan the hours around you.
What if the fire alarm system is out of action?
We can provide a waking watch: officers patrol the building to spot a fire early, raise the alarm and help residents out.
Will residents see the same officers?
We aim to keep a regular team on each building, so residents know who's on duty.
